About Dr. Nikki Rollo, PhD, LMFT, CEDS-C, PMH-C
I combine 20+ years of deep clinical expertise with lived experience as a mother, therapist, and business owner. My practice integrates mindfulness and spiritually informed approaches to therapy, helping clients cultivate greater presence, clarity, and self-compassion.
My Specialties
Women’s mental health + life transitions
Fertility, pregnancy, postpartum support
Motherhood + maternal identity
Eating disorders + body image
Anxiety + stress management
Mindful, spiritual, somatic approaches
Jungian + depth-oriented psychotherapy
Life purpose + personal growth
My work centers on supporting women as they navigate the complex transitions of relationships, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum anxiety and life. I am also a certified eating disorder specialist with a focus on disordered eating and body image.
I take an embodied, compassion-focused approach while offering gentle challenges and honest feedback in service of growth, both in our therapeutic relationship and your relationship with yourself. I’m particularly interested in the intersection of body shame, maternal mental health, and the symbolic nature of our relationship with food. My approach draws deeply from the work of Carl Jung and Marion Woodman, as well as my personal study of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
As a working mother of 3, I understand the art of finding the sacred within the ordinary rhythms of daily life. I’m passionate about conversations that explore embodiment, purpose, and balance, and I often incorporate somatic practices, such as breathwork, guided imagery, and meditation, to help you feel grounded, connected, and resourced. I also work with individuals more broadly around life transitions, anxiety, and reconnecting to one’s inner wisdom and sense of meaning.
