As a mom of three working full-time and running a business in Brooklyn, I understand how easy it is to put yourself last.

Do you feel like you’re always behind, stretched thin, and running on fumes? Is your self-care low to non-existent?

Maybe the stress is showing up in your body: aching shoulders, short patience, and wondering how long you can keep pushing through.

Motherhood asks so much of you, and somewhere along the way, it is so easy to lose touch with the parts of yourself that need care too.

Moms Come To Me When They

  • Feel unseen / lost

  • Are going through transitions

  • Struggle finding balance

  • Feel pulled between family + career

  • Are exhausted and feeling on-edge

  • Question maternal identity

When these feelings affect how you move through life, therapy can help change your perspective and reconnect with yourself.

Therapy is a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself even in the chaos of the daily demands of motherhood.

Together, we’ll look at how to bring more calm, clarity, and self-compassion into your daily life.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like

You’ll learn to listen to your body’s signals instead of pushing past them, build sustainable self-care, and develop tools to meet stress with patience rather than guilt or frustration.

We’ll use a combination of approaches:

  • Depth psychotherapy based in the work of Carl Jung explores unconscious patterns and symbols, looking beyond the surface, to deepen self-understanding and retrieve different parts of yourself that may have been rejected or ignored. This approach makes space for both body and soul in the healing process.

  • Builds a kind inner voice and helps reduce self-criticism and shame.

  • Uses mindfulness and body awareness to track sensations and release stored stress to deepen your connection and sense of wellness and wholeness of both body and soul.

  • Studies how culture, environments, relationships and family roles shape your well-being, helping you make changes that last.

  • Develop emotional intelligence, improve your relationships, and find healing and growth, based in attachment theory.

Start to move from survival mode to steady presence.
